• Reservation data – up to 6 years (in accordance with tax and accounting obligations),

• Marketing data – until consent is withdrawn,
• Data related to the handling of complaints and claims – until the claims expire (in accordance with the Civil Code).
Recipients of personal data
Your data may be transferred to the following entities:
• Online payment operators (e.g. PayU, Stripe, PayPal),
• IT companies providing hosting and technical support services,
